The Challenge
Marketing performance data was spread across multiple platforms and channels, making it difficult to build a consistent picture of results.
Reporting required significant manual effort, while teams and leadership needed clearer visibility into performance to understand what was working and where improvements could be made.

The challenge was to bring these disconnected data sources together, establish a more consistent reporting framework and make insights accessible to stakeholders without adding to the ongoing reporting workload.
Approach
01
Reporting Framework
Reviewed existing marketing data sources and reporting requirements to identify opportunities for consolidation and improvement.

Developed a unified reporting framework that brought together more than 10 data inputs, creating a more consistent foundation for measuring performance across channels.
02
Dashboard Development
Built interactive reporting dashboards using Data Studio and Supermetrics, bringing marketing and website performance information into a centralised reporting environment.

Organized key metrics and visualisations to help stakeholders understand performance, identify trends and evaluate marketing activity more effectively.
03
Automation & Distribution
Automated scheduled reporting for more than 35 stakeholders, reducing the need for repetitive manual data collection and report preparation.

Improved access to consistent performance information, helping teams and leadership monitor results and make more informed decisions.
Results & Impact
The unified reporting framework brought more than 10 data sources into one accessible view of marketing performance. Teams could compare results across channels more consistently, identify trends and use clearer information when evaluating activity and planning improvements.
Scheduled reports reached more than 35 stakeholders and reduced manual reporting workload by approximately 30%. Less time spent compiling information meant more time to interpret results, discuss priorities and act on what the reporting revealed.
